You can download a PDF report of your results and share it with any doctor or healthcare provider you choose. Sharing your results with your own provider is encouraged — it helps them see the full picture and have a more informed conversation with you about your health.

How to download and share your results

To get a copy of your results to share with your doctor, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your member portal or open the app.

  2. Navigate to your results.

  3. Select Download PDF report.

  4. Share the PDF with your doctor — by email, by printing a copy, or by uploading it to your provider's patient portal.

After downloading, you'll have a complete PDF that includes your results and reference ranges in a format your provider will recognize.

What the PDF report includes

Your PDF report contains each marker from your test along with its result, the reference range it's compared against, and your tier label (such as Optimal, In-range, Elevated, High, or Critical). This gives your doctor the context they need to interpret the results alongside your full medical history.

A note on what these tests are for

At-home lab tests are for wellness and health optimization, not for diagnosing disease. Your own provider can interpret your results in the context of your full health history, which is why sharing with them is a valuable step.
