Your results are available in your member portal and the app as soon as they're ready. We'll send you an email or text notification when they're available — you don't need to check repeatedly. Once notified, you can view each marker with its result, tier label, and reference range, and download a PDF report to save or share.
Viewing your results step by step
To view your results after receiving your notification:
Open the email or text notification confirming your results are ready.
Sign in to your member portal or open the app.
Navigate to Your Results.
Select a marker to see its result, reference range, and easy-to-read interpretation.
After opening your results, you'll see each marker labeled with a tier — such as Optimal, In-range, Elevated, High, or Critical — so you can understand at a glance where each value falls.
Downloading your PDF report
Your PDF report is a complete copy of your results that you can save, print, or share with your own doctor.
To download your PDF report:
Sign in to your member portal or open the app.
Go to Your Results.
Select Download PDF report.
The PDF includes all your markers, their results, and reference ranges in a format healthcare providers will recognize.
If you can't see your results
If you received a notification but can't see your results after signing in, check the following:
Make sure you're signed in to the correct account (the one associated with your test order).
Try refreshing the page or closing and reopening the app.
If results still don't appear, contact our support team through chat and we'll locate them for you.
If you haven't received a notification yet, your results may still be processing. See "When will my results be ready?" for more information on timing.
