To update your contact information, sign in to your member portal and open your account or profile settings. Use this article to understand what's on your account and why it matters to keep it current.
What's on your account
When you registered your kit, you provided the following details:
Name
Phone number
Email address
Mailing address
Date of birth
These details are used to reach you about your kit and your results, and to make sure your sample is matched to the right person at the lab.
Important: Your name and date of birth are used to match your sample at the laboratory. If either is incorrect, contact our support team before you collect or ship your sample so we can correct your record first.
How to update your details
Sign in to your member portal
Open your account or profile settings
Review your contact information and update anything that has changed
Save your changes — you should see a confirmation on screen once your update is saved
Note: Keeping your email address and phone number current is important. We use them to send kit status updates, registration reminders, and results notifications.
If you can't find a field to update
Some fields may require our support team to update on your behalf. If you can't find a field you need to change, or if something looks incorrect and you can't edit it yourself, contact our support team through chat and we'll make the update for you.
