Your results are visible to you and to the clinical team involved in delivering your care. Use this article to understand exactly who has access and how your results are protected.

Your results are available to you in your member portal

The authorizing physician

A licensed physician authorizes your test and reviews your results. If a result is critical or abnormal, that physician may reach out to you directly

Your care team

Clinicians and coaches involved in your program may review your results to support your care

The laboratory's clinical team

The CLIA-certified laboratory that analyzes your sample handles your results as part of producing and reporting them

We do not sell your personal health information or results to third parties.

Sharing your results yourself

You are always free to download or share your own results with anyone you choose — for example, your personal doctor. You can download a PDF copy of your results directly from your member portal.
