You order your at-home test directly through your test provider's website, app, or member portal — the same place you manage your membership. Once your order is placed, we handle fulfillment and ship your kit to you.

This article explains how to place an order and covers other ways you might receive a kit depending on your program.

Ordering through your provider's website or portal

  1. Go to your test provider's website, app, or member portal.

  2. Browse the available tests and select the one you want.

  3. Complete checkout and enter your shipping address.

  4. You'll receive an order confirmation by email.

  5. Your kit ships to the address you provided. When it leaves our fulfillment center, you'll receive a "Kit Shipped" notification by email or text with a tracking number.

If you don't receive an order confirmation after completing checkout, check your spam folder. If it's not there, contact support to confirm the order went through.

Other ways you may receive a kit

Depending on your program, a kit may arrive in one of these ways instead of through online ordering:

  • Ordered by your care team or practitioner — Some providers place test orders on your behalf as part of your care plan. In this case, your kit ships automatically and you'll receive the same "Kit Shipped" notification.

  • Handed to you at a location — Some programs dispense kits directly at a clinic or event. If you received a kit this way, you'll register the kit yourself before collecting your sample.

Regardless of how your kit arrives, the process after that is the same: register your kit, collect your sample, and return it using the prepaid return mailer included in the box.

What if I can't find a test or don't know what to order?

If the test you're looking for isn't available on your provider's site, or you're not sure which test is right for you, contact your test provider directly.
